It is very simple to make money online, well in theory it is simple. If you understand how to setup an effective website and how to do SEO that actually gets you ranked under keywords that people actually search for, then you have setup your own little money tree. The analogy of using a tree is actually a great one, because just like with a tree you will need to sow the seed, take care of it and be patient while it grows and starts bearing fruit.
Building a website is just like planting a tree; you need to make sure you get the basics right.
The right soil, the right amount of water, fertilizer and making sure you are actually planting something that will grow in your climate. The reason is that search engines change little things constantly, so a step-by-step guide may work today, but could be obsolete tomorrow and all of your work will go down the drain. In fact a minor change done by the search engines, can cause your to removed and banned from search engine like happens to thousands of sites every month.
Why can this happen? Because many of these guides use shady approaches to getting your ranked, and thus once it the search engines figure out you are doing this, your are no longer listed and have no chance of being listed because you can not undo many of the things that these guides tell you to do.
Doing SEO to gain effective results is not top secret; in fact doing SEO is a matter of understanding.
