The auctions held in each state in the country are the most popular place to find great deals but often repo homes need a certain amount of ‘repair’ investment as well as paying off the remaining mortgage. With a bit of common sense and good luck, finding a great deal on a repo home may be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life.
