Hawaii: Aloha and Destination Weddings

In Hawaiian, the word “aloha” means a variety of things, but namely it means love. If you are planning a wedding, what better way to celebrate your aloha than with a lovely tropical wedding amidst waving palm trees and soft sand beaches. When you are planning your wedding, think of heading to the beautiful state of Hawaii to combine wedding and honeymoon in one exotic and romantic package!

Many couples choose Hawaii as their wedding destination so that they can create an intimate atmosphere with close friends and family. A destination wedding is an excellent way to minimize stress and focus on the real meaning of the day: the exchange of solemn vows between you and your beloved. Know the exact cost of the wedding up front and prevent any surprises when it comes time to pay the bill!

Hotels and resorts provide all kinds of professional vendors. So you don't have to worry about caterers, florists, photographers and clergy- they would take care of it. But be very sure that you have the necessary paperwork and certificates for a post-wedding hassle free life, as that would make your wedding legal. Even when this is inclusive in the package, it wouldn't hurt if you double-check before the journey.

Just don't rack your brains on what you would wear on this very important occasion, as there are shops by the dozen on the island. You could either rent a traditional wedding gown, a tuxedo or a traditional aloha wear at these shops, or ideally bring one from your own area.
