Internet security is very important now as more and more viruses seem to be making the rounds. Most of these are disguised so as to actually get you to do the work yourself by asking you to click on something. If you ever see something saying your computer is infected, click here to protect your computer just ignore it, it's most likely a virus program.

There are so many different types of problems these internet security programs protect against. As well as the well-known trojans you have spyware, malware and so many others its hard to keep track of. Most people think an anti-virus program will protect from everything but they aren't designed for that, an antivirus program is deigned to protect against viruses. Most internet security programs protect against everything including viruses and is an anti-spyware also plus usually work out to be only a few pound more expensive.

There is also a large difference in the price of these security programs, not just from one to another but for the same product from different sites. Looking around for the best deals can save you quite a bit of money, even though its the same program.
