Sports and Allergies

Allergies and sports are related by factors experienced by human beings, caused by pathological factors and bodily reactions to certain environmental factors, some of these allergies can cause physical limitation, for certain periods of time, others in if they can prevent the proper development of certain physical activities.

Allergies are the extreme reaction that takes the body when in contact with environmental factors or induced, which are not supported by the body, this means that the antibodies react with a series of signals, which in itself is annoying; sometimes these signals can affect the immune system that could become even fatal.

Some of the most common allergies that are presented in the sport I prevent the practice of it are:

1. Allergy to the chemicals (chlorine, talc, etc.). This has a very specific order restricted to those who wish to practice as swimming, since it is difficult to treat an allergy, The only thing one can do is reduce the practice of discipline.

2. Asthma: an allergic reaction to certain factors such as smoke, dust and mites, and this prevents almost all sports background such as athletics, cycling and walking, not that of course she is suffering, but because this allergy in particular reduces lung capacity, without commenting on the risk that it may bring the same, as the case that this is in the midst of the development of the activity.

3. Rhinitis: a condition very similar to asthma in that it also affects the respiratory tract and are due the same factors, although this does not prevent the respiratory process, if it clogs and severely hampers. Sports such as swimming, sports background where breathing is essential, this allergy can be the cause of poor performance or even no enforcement of these.

4. Hives: This allergy occurs when it comes into contact with the factor that affects the body, manifests itself with marks and redness of the parties involved and sometimes the only case of seeing the factor that causes without having to touch it, it can cause. In sports such as jumping and gymnastics can be developed easily due to constant contact with chemical agents such as talcum powder and chlorine.

These are the most common allergy in the world of sports.

Sports are an excellent option to maintain an optimal state of health and be in shape at the same time, and although these allergies are suffering, we must always bear in mind that strengthening the defenses is based on an active life and a healthy food.

These allergies are even with the practice of some sports, there are few occasions of high performance athletes who get to experience.
