The frustrating thing about trying to lose weight is the repetitions. Carbohydrates contain most of the energy in our body. When this energy is used, it is stored up as fat in our bodies. When we lose weight, we are merely using up this energy, so there is nothing wrong with doing something a bit physical.

There is no doctor that will fail to emphasize the importance of exercise in weight loss. It helps to burn stored up calories and regulate minerals and energy levels in your body. So when you start thinking of losing weight, you might want to start with exercise first before going to anything else.
